- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact within 48 hours with photo proof
- A replacement or refund will be provided for damaged items
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and we will do our best to help
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped
- AMEA is not responsible for carrier delays, but we are happy to assist if any issues arise
